At Lottie’s Creamery we are obsessed with flavor and quality. We are your neighborhood micro-creamery, hand crafting artisan ice cream in small batches. Our Ice Cream is served up in our vibrant, kid-friendly scoop shops located in Walnut Creek and Danville California!
All of our toppings, sauces and additions are made in-house, in our Walnut Creek kitchen, where we use only the freshest and most natural, local and seasonal ingredients. We pasteurize our ingredients on site for maximum control over texture and our delicious flavor consistency.

Tal - Owner/Pro Ice Cream Taster
Owner and Ice Cream maker Tal Franbuch is no stranger to the artisan kitchen. For nearly three decades, Tal worked abroad and in some of the Bay Area’s best culinary establishments. From small artisan kitchens to mega culinary events, Tal’s passion for quality and creativity is a great inspiration to our diverse menu.
Alex - Chef/Ice Cream Creator
Alex has a passion for delicious desserts. His serious sweet tooth has been guiding him as a pastry chef for the last 15 years. He loves how he can dream of an ice cream flavor, then come into the kitchen and make it a reality. Some of his favorites include; Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, Fresh Mint Chocolate Chip and Apricot Crumble. Alex has been making ice cream at Lottie's Creamery since the beginning and he's happy to be able to share his sugar addiction with you!
